Fummble (“we”, “us”) operates the Fummble dating app and this marketing site. Privacy questions: hello@fummble.com.

If you are using the iOS app, this policy covers account, profile, matching, chat, and safety features.

Account details (phone, email, Sign in with Apple identifiers), profile content (name, age confirmation, photos, prompts, lifestyle answers), usage data (swipes, matches, Playoff / One Shot activity, reports/blocks), device data (device type, OS version, app version), approximate location for discovery, and support messages you send us (including screenshots).

On the marketing site we may collect basic analytics and contact-form submissions.

To operate matching and chat, show relevant nearby profiles, resolve Locked / Playoff / One Shot outcomes, prevent abuse, improve the product, and communicate service updates.

We do not sell your personal information as a business model.

We use approximate location to power Discover. We do not share exact GPS coordinates with other users.

You can revoke location permission in iOS Settings; discovery quality will be limited.

Photos you upload appear on your profile. Camera and photo-library access (when enabled) is only for selecting or capturing profile photos you choose to share.

Do not upload photos of others without their consent.

We share data with service providers who help us run the app (hosting, analytics, customer support, crash reporting) under contractual safeguards.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users from serious harm.

Update profile info in-app, manage notification and location permissions on your device, pause discovery, request a copy of your data via hello@fummble.com, and delete your account from Settings → Delete Account (or email hello@fummble.com with the subject “Delete my account”).

We retain data as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. After account deletion we remove or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period, except limited records we must keep for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission is 100% secure — report suspected account compromise to hello@fummble.com.

Fummble is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has an account, contact us to remove it.

If you use Fummble from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, in-app notice.
