Overview
Block, report, unmatch, and meeting-up best practices.
This Help article walks through what to expect on iOS. Screens can shift slightly between releases — if something looks different, update from the App Store and try again.
Steps
1) Open Fummble on your iPhone.
2) Follow the in-app prompts related to this topic.
3) If you hit a permission wall (photos, notifications, location), open iOS Settings → Fummble and enable what you need.
4) Retry the flow after toggling permissions.
5) If it still fails, force-quit the app, reopen, and try once more before contacting support.
Tips that save time
Keep your iOS version current. Use a stable network when uploading photos. Screenshots help support diagnose UI bugs faster than vague descriptions.
Never send your password over email. We will never ask for it.
Safety note
For safety emergencies, contact local authorities first. For harassment or scams inside the app, use Report and Block, then email hello@fummble.com if you need follow-up.
